A. Warranty and terms are specified in the description of each product. If not mentioned, the following terms apply to each product/related products. The necessary information is provided during product delivery.
a-1. Each product (unless otherwise stated) is only covered by warranty for issues during initial use or entry.
a-2. Products delivered in the form of a license key (such as Windows, Office, Antivirus, etc.) must be used within 12 hours. License keys that are not used within 12 hours are entirely the responsibility of the customer. After delivery, we confirm whether the license key has been used.
a-3. Products delivered in the form of a license key are under our 6-month warranty.
a-4. Products delivered in the form of an account are under our 6-month warranty.
a-5. WordPress plugins or themes with lifetime use are under our 12-month warranty.
a-6. For WordPress themes and plugins, only one free installation is offered for the same site. Subsequent installations will incur a license fee.
a-7. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up their site for security purposes before WordPress installations. LicansKovani.com assumes no responsibility.
a-8. WordPress plugin installations, which are not delivered as license keys, are installed by us.
B. You can use all of our products as stated and within the specified time, unless the relevant company changes its policy.
b-1. If the relevant company changes its policy and a problem arises, conditions a-3, a-4, a-5, and c-1 may be canceled.
C. For products with warranty issues, other than the B section, the product will be replaced with a new one, or if unavailable, with a similar one.
c-1. For products with a specified warranty period, if a return occurs, the refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining warranty period. (See: Cancellation and Return Policy)
D. For products delivered as accounts, you must clear your browser’s cookies and data before logging into the account, and then change your IP address.
d-1. A VPN should not be used to change the IP address. LicansKovani.com is not responsible for any issues that may arise with the account.
